megaph Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the megaph platform (available at megaph.app), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the megaph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the megaph platform. megaph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the megaph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing megaph from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of megaph or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the megaph platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

megaph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) megaph account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. megaph employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, megaph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your megaph account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) — strictly confidential. You must notify megaph immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

megaph will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from megaph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

megaph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your megaph account dashboard at the time of transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. megaph does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated megaph account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your megaph account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your megaph account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• megaph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days.

All transactions on megaph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). megaph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

megaph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified megaph account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• megaph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or arbitrage betting — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used or withdrawn within the specified period will be forfeited.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the megaph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. megaph does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

By participating in any game on megaph, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance and/or skill, as applicable to the specific game type.
• Past game outcomes do not influence future outcomes.
• megaph's records of game outcomes and transaction histories are the definitive record in the event of any dispute.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a game malfunction, megaph will investigate and, where appropriate, refund the affected wager.

Sports betting odds on megaph are set by megaph's trading team and are subject to change at any time prior to the commencement of the relevant event. megaph reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or materially altered.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the megaph platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using a megaph account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating multiple megaph accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the megaph platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the megaph platform.
• Using the megaph platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing megaph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing megaph staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the megaph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of megaph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the megaph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the megaph platform without prior written consent from megaph.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, megaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the megaph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

megaph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your megaph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

megaph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. megaph will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

10. Responsible Gaming

megaph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools within every megaph account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

megaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where megaph reasonably suspects:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Upon account closure, megaph will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

megaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, megaph will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the megaph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. megaph operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations, and any regulatory disputes shall be referred to PAGCOR in the first instance.
